To apply for exemption from the requirement to hold an Affirmative Action Compliance Certificate, employers must follow the procedure outlined below:
Submit an Affirmative Action Report to the Employment Equity Commission.
Submit an exemption application to the Minister as per appended templates.

What is an Affirmative Action Compliance Certificate?
